Mobile Office - Rabobankbus
Through mobile offices Rabobank Zuid-Holland Midden will shape a new customer service concept. The new customer service is a logical consequence of the altered behavior of customers. Research has shown that only 8% of all customer contacts goes via their offices. Therefore, the bank has agreed with its member's council and staff to develop a new way of customer service. 4db has realized a part of the new customer service concept in the form of this mobile office.
